Hunters Point takes the safety and security of our clients, attendees, team and vendors seriously. To that end, we have implemented protocols that are standard with our daily and project work as well as upgrade offerings on a project basis:

  • Work from home for team members with virtual office tool capabilities and online security.
  • Strategies that incorporate social distancing, face coverings and touchless interactions as well as in-home engagements to participate in events remotely and virtually.
  • Certified cleaning and disinfectant services for venues and supplies, estimated within projects.
  • PPE and PPE-compliant attire for staff, crew and event brand ambassadors on site. 
  • Option to offer complimentary PPE to attendees.
  • Monitor market health data and plan in advance for alternative strategies in the event the project needs to pivot.
  • Requirement to adhere to social distancing and face coverings by attendees with assisted management from licensed and bonded security.
  • Rapid testing of all crew and staff on site personnel prior to entry into work and event area utilizing licensed and bonded medical teams operating in local health codes and HIPAA requirements.
  • Option to integrate rapid testing on site for attendees prior to entry into event space with secured location out of direct proximity of event location.
  • Option to include upgraded Sickness Expense Rider and Event Cancellation into insurance policy.

ENVIRONMENTAL & community pledge

Beginning 2020, Hunters Point is doubling down its previous efforts for more environmentally conscious work deliverables and company culture while considering positive community impacts:

  • Develop plans that allow clients to utilize fabrication multiple times to reduce cost and renew existing elements.
  • Reduce and eliminate single-use plastics at events and behind the scenes. We recognize this is a massive challenge for us and our clients.
  • Commit to graphics with biodegradable properties and consider recycled paper for new print collateral.
  • Post-event, donate leftover supplies, furniture
  • Arrange for leftover food and beverage to be donated to food banks and shelters while observing Dept of Health regulations.
  • Arrange for catering and organics to be converted for compost and mulch.
  • Donate furniture and expendables such as paint, decor and more to 501c3 non-profit organizations such as Materials for the Arts and The Big Reuse
